Studies have shown meditation doesn't just decrease stress levels but that it also has tangible health benefits such as improved immunity, lower inflammation and decreased pain.  Additional studies show that meditation sharpens attention and memory.  Perhaps most importantly, it has been linked to increased happiness and greater compassion.  A therapist will guide you through a meditation; allowing your mind to relax.  To increase your relaxation, your therapist will incorporate a light, relaxing neck massage.

Chakra Balancing/Alignment by Holistic Touch
There are 7 main energy centers in the body, known as chakras.  Each chakra is located throughout our body so that is correlates to specific body ailment and physical dysfunctions; each energy center also houses our mental and emotional strengths.  When we have a physical issue, it can create weakness in our emotional behavior.
A therapist will help you balance your chakras which tends to bring more peace and harmony; a balance of mind and body.  The therapist may use crystals, Reiki, Meridian Work & More.
